I'm looking for a relatively cheap handheld with a built-in keyboard
and a good color screen. Doesn't have to be a current model. I'd
like to check out ebay etc, but I'm not sure which models had the
keyboards. Palm Treo, maybe some Sony models, or other Palms?

I've got the Treo 600, with full qwerty keyword, got it over a year ago from
ebay for £147 if you're ebaying try lurzentech had a few palm devices from
them with no probs.

Thanks. Probably one of the obsolete models would work just fine for
me, but it's hard to search ebay without specific model numbers...

Try on eBay or other places to find a Palm Tungsten C : embedded
keyboard and wifi (b).
