Bluetooth + flight mode problem Lebesgue 10-02-2005

I have a T-Mobile SDA and when I turn off flight mode, bluetooth gets
connected. I turn bluetooth off and after I switch flight mode on and again
off, bluetooth gets connected again.
When I turn the whole phone off and back on, bluetooth is in it's previous
state, so this happens only with flight mode.
Any ideas why?

I think it is just a problem with the Mobile 2003 SE. Switching flight mode
on switches both the phone signal and bluetooth off (as it should do).
Switching flight mode off switches both the phone signal and bluetooth on
(regardless of whether bluetooth was on before).

I'm sure it didn't used to do this on my old E200, before SE. I'm sure it
knew that I don't normally have bluetooth on (drains the battery) so didn't
switch it on. Two steps forward, one step back.

No, this problem started occuring after two months I was using the phone. I
had not installed any operating system upgrades.
