Avenak is an Iranian company.
Microsoft is a US company.

There are export controls to rogue states such as Iran.

There are security concerns with *any* Iranian products and thus are not trusted
and should
not be trusted.

Security software by their nature *must* be trusted and come from trusted
sources.

Since there are many well known rouge anti malware utilities, this is not
uncommon.

Rogue nations can not be trusted nor can the software that come from them.
