Hi Bruno,
You have the wrong Preferred and Alternate DNS servers on your clients.
This should be set to your internal DNS server only, 192.168.2.10. You
should make this change in the DHCP service on the server.
Then in the DNS service on the server, set the Forwarder to your ISP's DNS
(which I assume are the others).
Just a minor point, but you seem to be running a WINS service but not using
it on the clients. You can either turn the service off, or add it to the
client settings in DHCP.
Hope that solves it,
Anthony, http://www.airdesk.com

I had problems once about that

they simple did not work... I had to flushdns all the time, since I changed
the dns to the outside servers in DHCP instead the server DNS, in other
words, turn the DNS server off, everything worked fine...

can that be the problem... cause, I dont see how,
the server does not run as a "proxy" so, the internet connection is avaiable
to all independent if the server is on or not.

Bruno,
If you find the ISP's DNS servers to be unreliable, you can:
- contact them to see if you have the right DNS servers
- change to using no Forwarder but instead use the automatic built-in root
hints.
You can not mix different DNS servers in the same client config like that.
If you still have problems after that, we can see what else may be wrong.

You may also set the Node Type to 0x8 in your DHCP Options settings - this
would force client name resolvers to seek WINS, only then NetBIOS Broadcast
(if NetBIOS is enabled as in default).
Now it's Unknown - I have seen this be the source of slow Windows startup on
client ("Preparing Network Connections" phase).
