A USB tuner will work fine. But you should remember that
TV resolution is *much* less than the computer display, so
you'll want to watch from several feet away, or play TV
in a small on-screen window.
The idea is that an SD TV picture should not subtend more
than a few degrees of the visual field. HD supports a
view about three to four times wider and taller.
