I have the Hauppage HVR 950 which does a pretty good job, though the
actual usb dongle gets quite warm. I'm also having a heck of a time
getting it to record with Windows Media Center, though I think that is
more of a Media Center issue rather than the tuner. It picks up TV
really well with the supplied antenna.
