I'm a beginner with ArcGIS and have to create a map that shows all of the
company's employees in relation to where the company is located. I have the
addresses of all the employees in an Excel spreadsheet. I suspect that I
need to do two things -- find a data layer that has the individual street
addresses for the region and then somehow import the Excel address file
into ArcView and match it up with the layer. Can anyone suggest where to
find the layer that would show individual residences? Also, can anyone
suggest what the best way to import the Excel address list to match it up
with the address layer would be?
