Well, I use TodaysInfo [1], it is small and resource effective. But soon
I'll have it retired because I'm developing my own highly configurable
status plugin right now (at the bottom of [2]).
But what you are looking for are may BatteryBar [3] or
PowerStatus [4]. They use less space than TodaysInfo. There was a plugin
that only shows a 2 Pixel high bar on the today screen, spanning over the
entire screen width, but unfortunately I can't remember the name any more.
