 I have NO Idea what happened. But I have researched this completely...... I
have done anything to fix the problem. My background option is inactive in
the Desktop Tab for Display Properties. I need HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

I did it and it still is inactive.... running completey out of ideas.
