I reveived word today from Audiovox that they will not be making the upgrade
to Windows Mobile 5.0 available to current owners of the Audiovox smt5600.
They cliam the new software will cause issues with the phones memory. Has
anyone heard this? Also has anyone installed the OS to their smart phone?

Thanks

Seems more likely that they don't want the expense of supporting the
upgrade.

This makes me sad. I bought this phone as a holdover until the Razrberry
comes out. Still, it would be nice to have the new fanciness of WM5.
It is so pretty compared to what I have now.
