 Arcview 3.3 don't work with Xp SP3.
There is any patch for this???

No. Arcview 3.x stopped being supported before the release of Windows
XP; there are known issues with running it in any version of XP.

There is a patch for windows xp here:
http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=downloads.patchesServicePacks.viewPatch&PID=25&MetaID=470
but it don't work on sp3.
