Hi.

I am going to be getting an Orange SPV 550. I have never had a smart
phone with windows phone edition on before. What applications will I be
able to run on there? Is there anything I won't be able to run? Could I
just transfer programmes from my pc to the phone?

Thanks

1. The SPV 550 is a Windows Mobile Smartphone. The Windows Mobile Pocket
PC Phone Edition is a PDA form factor that looks and feels different
from the phone-centric SPV.

2. You look at online software sites like Handango and Pocket Gear to
learn what is available for the Windows Mobile Smartphone.

3. Applications must be specifically written for the Smartphone. You
cannot take a program from a desktop/notebook PC and run it on the phone.

I am a current user of a PDA Dell Axim5 WM2003; If I got a Audiovox 5600
smartphone will I able to continue using my pocketword-excel-money
documents? other than the no-touch screen on the smartphones, is there other
significant difference that i must be aware of?
thanks
