I'm stumped. I have done everything suggested by ActiveSync troubleshooting
guidelines and other websites. My WM5 device and AS4 works on my office
computer, but hangs up "connecting" on my home computer.

Any suggestions? Will the new AS release fix the problem? Somebody, please
answer.

Thanks.

I've been posting for over five years and Chris for even longer with
some serious issues yet to be addressed... how long you got?

Chris' faqs at http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/ are currently your best bet
for finding a solution.

Hi,
If you want help immediately, feel free to call your Pocket PC OEM and ask
them for assistance. They are responsible for assisting you with ActiveSync
issues regardless of which vendor makes your PC.

Beyond that you can call Microsoft for support however they will charge you
for the call.

Right now these are the two solutions you have beyond what Microsoft has
posted on their website and what's available for free on the internet.

Spent 2 hours on the phone - basically they pointed everything back to
ActiveSync has big time bugs that haven't been updated or fixed yet.
