Hi,
If the user is not logged off, then you will experience this issue. I would
suggest before connecting the device, shut down the ActiveSync application
from memory and restart ActiveSync. In this case, you could use a third
party application which will shut it down and restart it. Some of them that
you can consider are:

* ActiveSync Toggle: http://micrologics.co.uk/library/ast/
