All Day Appointments (birthdays/holidays) hide first appointment D RobCoh 09-29-2007

Hi,
Noticed a strange problem today with my T-Mobile Dash: I was double-checking
my calendar entries on the phone against my Outlook 2007 calendar. Oct. 8
showed two entries instead of three: the two shown were Columbus Day holiday
and a birthday that was coming up on Oct. 9 but the doctor's appointment for
3PM was missing until I changed the selection via the down button so the
'blank' area was selected. Then the doctor's appointment becomes visible but
is always hidden when I just move along from day to day in the one-day Agenda
view or go directly to the date via the menu.

If I get rid of both the all day appointments, then the 3PM entry is visible
and highlighted when I go to the date. The hidden-ness seems to be connected
to all day appointments since it occurs if either of those all day items are
on the calendar. By the way, the birthday reminder was set by Outlook when I
put my sister's birthdate in her Contact/Details and the holiday inserted by
Outlook when I asked for US holidays at the beginning of the year. However,
the hidden behavior does not seem connected to how the all day item was
inserted since a manually created all day item for that day will still
obscure the appointment I don't want to forget.

I like to check my calendar first thing in the morning or the night before
to see what the day holds and if I won't see the appointment until the
reminder goes off, then the pooch is screwed, as it were.

Is this some sort of bizarre feature or a bug? T-Mobile Dash that came with
WM6 - System Information:
ROM Version: 1.22.531.6
Desktop: Vista 32 bit / Office 2007

Hoping someone here can help since T-Mobile support has gone from quite
useful with my old MDA to completely useless on my last call to them. I
really love this phone except for this issue and the inability to turn off
the increasing volume for the ringer...

Never mind! This is apparently an issue with some Themes that MS posted on
the Owners Circle web site. Please see:

Thanks,
Rob
