I have 20 Motorola W9C devices syncing with Exchange 2003 SP2. I have 19 of
them working without a problem and push e-mail is working great. As soon as
a message hits one of their mailboxes, it shows up on the device a few
seconds later. One of these accounts however may take between 10-12 minutes
to synchronize. I believe I have it pinpointed down to the users account.
Not matter what device I use his username and password on, the behavior is
the same. I have tried this on 3 different Motorola Q9C's all with the same
result. If I enter someone else's credentials, the device works great and
updates a few seconds after a message hits ones mailbox. I have checked that
this users account in AD is enabled to use active sync, and that the device
is set to sync As Items Arrive. Manually syncing the device works without
any problems, it just appears as though Push e-mail isn't working for this
one user account. What else should I be checking to fix this user? Why is
his account having these problems, and not any of the other 19 accounts when
they are all the same?

Hi,
Have you considered creating a new account for the user? How large is their
mailbox?
