ActuveSync 4.5 and Outlook 2002 time date error

When I sync by Dash with Windows CE 5.2 Build with Outlook 2002 on an XP Pro
with Service Pack 2, the clock on the Dash or the computer changes by 1 hour
and my appointments get changed as well. I've done the daylight savings time
update more than once, but still have the same errors. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem with an HTC WM 6 Pro OS 5.2.1238 (Build
17745.0.2.3). Windows Update says there are no updates for it. Any ideas?

You must have changed time zone with one of your computers. It does the
same to me when I travel. In order to avoid this, I just change the time
without using the time zones in my PPC and if I backup abroad, the PPC takes
the laptop time and all the appointments are moved in time.
