Hello

Please can someone give me a solution to the problem described below..

I have been using my Ipaq Activsync to sync my Ipaq calendar items and my
exchange server calendar items. I use Comcast cable modem at home. Yesterday
while ipaq was connected to my machine, comcast connection went out and my
machine's browser came up with a Comcast error html plage. Ever since then,
whenever I try to sync my Ipaq using Activsync with ny exchange server, that
particular html page displays in my Ipaq somehow and all I can do is exit
that page and that stops the sync. I cannot get rid of that page inspite of
compeletely recreating the relationship between my desktop and ipaq and
ofcourse my Ipaq and exchange server.

That particular comcast error page is cached somewhere in my Ipaq. Does
anyone know how to get my Ipaq to sync again? Do I have to uninstall
Activsync from my Ipaq and if so, how do I do it??

Any help will be greatly appreciated..

Thanks
Balaji

Try a soft reset of your iPaq. Also try rebooting your desktop
computer. It could be that the site is resolving to a different IP
thanks to the outage, and that IP is cached.

Hi Rob

Thanks for the post, after I reset the IPAQ, the comcast page problem seems
to have been fixed. But now when I click on Sync on my IPAQ Activesync, I
get a synchronization error, internet_152. Nothing else has changed, can you
please help..

Thanks

Internet_152 corresponds to WinInet error 12152, which is
ERROR_HTTP_INVALID_SERVER_RESPONSE. Can you synchronize to the server
from other locations OK? Can you try resetting the server sync
information (disable, then re-enable)?
