Are there any errors on the Device, or on ActiveSync? Have you been
able to create a partnership with the device previously? You can
check your partnerships from ActiveSync by going to File - Mobile
Device, and it will show your partnerships.
If you get too frustrated, have you tried going back to AS 4.2? That
is still available for download from Microsoft.
