Orange SPV C600 - Latest version of activesync

On occasions when trying to sync over the air using activesync I get the
following error (usualy after removing froma cable connection)

" The server could not be reached. this can be caused by temporary network
conditions."

Support code ; 0x80072EE2

The phone can still get internet access which shows GPRS is fine and can
send and receive data. There are no errors on the Exchange server.

A power off and on of the phone fixes the issue.

Any ideas?

I have seen this article and it is of no use. The only advice it offers is
to try again latter but it will never work until the device has been
reset... we see this on ALL of our devices.
