Hello,
I can't get AS 4.5 to start or open with anything that I do. I know it should
start when I connect my iPAQ hx2495, but it does not. I have tried connecting
BT and cradle. The AS icon does not show up in the taskbar. I have connected
without problems before and short of updating XP with MS have not changed my
system. If there is not any easy fix, is there a way to totally remove AS,
(dlls, etc.) and start over?

Hi,

Run the ActiveSync 4.5 setup file once again, it should give you an option
to repair if its already installed. Repair the installation and see if it
helps getting it started.
