I did a Hard Reset on an HP h5450.
When I connected to the PC, Active Sync wanted to create a new partnership,
which I did.
I was able to restore most of the data (some database info did not) via
copying the backup file to the new profile.
Then ActiveSync would only connect as Guest.
I have since deleted the new profile.
Now ActiveSync wants to create another partnership.
The original profile still exists.

I would like to return to using the original partnership/profile. How can I
do this?

Hi,

* Could you explain what kind of backup file you have restored?
* Which application created this backup file?

I created the Backup thru ActiveSync.
It was a full backup with the intention of restoring after the HR.

Hi,

Ensure you are restoring it under the Guest Mode. You can refer to -
