I just purchased the Cingular 2125 as an upgrade to my Audiovox phone.
But I cannot sync it up with my computer. I have installed the 4.1
version but it just shows that the phone and the PC are 'connecting' but
it never connects. I can still connect my Audiovox to the computer,
even using the new ActiveSync 4.1, but the 2125 will not connect. I am
using the USB and I have tried the troubleshooting, but nothing seems to
work.

Also, I am using Windows XP, and Microsoft Outlook 2003. Any
suggestions? Thanks for any help...it is driving me crazy.

Make sure the program for the Audiovox is not running assumming it also
uses a USB port it will interfer with Sync funtions. I have both a
Motorola and the 2125 and I have to make sure that another program such
as Motorol's that sync-s with an USB phone is not running for the 2125
to link up.
