ActiveSync not getting new email unless Outlook open

ActiveSync not getting new email unless Outlook open Jason Eslick 01-19-2006

Exchange 2003 SP2
ActiveSync 4.1 (and other for palm treo 650 devices)
No errors in logs

Have tried resetting everything.....

Email synch works, but only if the message has already been marked read by
outlook, OWA, or OMA. New Messages do not make it. Will send fine.

Worked fine until a couple of weeks ago and cannot find anything to solve

HELP!!!!!

Hi,
Are you synchronizing Inbox via ActiveSync to Outlook or Exchange via the
device directly?

Directly to the server from the device. It was working and then all of a
sudden, nada....doesn't matter what kind of device (Treo 650, PPC, etc..)
all have the same issue and on differing email accounts on Exchange....
