Hi,
ActiveSync works with Outlook. So your user must sync Exchange with Outlook
on their desktop and then with ActiveSync they can sync with their Pocket
PC.
Exchange 2000 does not natively support synchronization with the Pocket PC
or Smartphone. Exchange 2003 does.
