Using ActiveSync 3.8.0 to talk to Symbol's MC1000c42 running WindowsCE 4.2
from a Windows 2000 development machine (any higher ActiveSync and cannot
talk to device, Windows 2000 is stable). On ActiveSync options when not
connected there is a checkbox to synchronise date/time (and presumably
locale) but although checked it does nothing on connection.
How would you synchronize without unwarrented user interaction (the whole
purpose is to be as hands-off as possible, difficult if date/time sensitive
application decides it worked last 8 timezones, fifty years ago at midnight!)
