A line from my C:\Documents and Settings\Frank\Local
Settings\Temp\WCESLog.log file:

03/23/2006 08:57:28.897 p(3188) t(7152) Mbase -> Profile mismatch.
Expected: Exch2000 - Frank, Found: exch2000 - frank - mbase.cpp(590)

I found this after getting an ActiveSync error about having the wrong
profile open. The profile is the same, but one is all lowercase.

You can make this happen by providing the profile name on a command line
when starting Outlook. This seems to make the profile name lowercase.

Hopefully, Microsoft will correct this problem.

Thanks,

Frank

Hi,
Microsoft designed ActiveSync to sync with the default profile. ActivesSync
does not automatically close and reload the correct profile. I do not know
of a fix for this behavior.

Do some tests with 4.1. I believe things have changed.
