Please log in for more thread options I know it's will not help you but I have the exact same problem with my new
HTC Touch running XP and Office 2007. On my PC I am also running a virtual XP
machine and from that virtual machine I can sync my HTC without any issues.
So I suspect it is an hardware problem. By the way my host PC is a Mac
running XP with Boot Camp...
