ActiveSync Saving Incorrect UserName HeliusCow 11-01-2007

I entered an incorrect username into my activesync/messaging settings
on my samsung blackjack. It obviously isn't authenticating correctly
with my server. When I try to go into ActiveSync's "Configure Server"
or change the settings o fmy "outlook e-mail" both the Username and
Domain Name are grayed out and I am not able to update their
information. I've tried rebooting the phone, turning off all wireless
options, etc. etc. but have yet to get it so I can update my username.

Does anybody have any way of:

a) Allowing me to update the current username
b) blowing out the current activesync/outlook e-mail settings to start
from scratch?

Thanks

Brian

Another infamous WinMo "feature." You CAN'T edit Exchange settingson the
device! (Yet you can enter them if no information has been entered
previously!)

To edit them, you need to connect the device to a PC, and edit them on
the PC (using Activesync or WMDC depending on the PC's OS.)

Deleting or editing the settings have to be done from a PC, unfortunately.

Start ActiveSync, choose "Options", click on Exchange and choose "Delete".
It'll delete the sync relationship only, and you'll be able to recreate it.
You have to do it the same way as on you PC. Silly, but I'm not surprised :P
