I have been trying to troubleshoot this error on my HP hx2790, since getting
it over 2 weeks ago. It doesn't seem anyone has the fix for this yet. I
have tried every fix out there, rebuilt my PC from scratch, tried it on 3
PCs all running different versions of Outlook, uninstalled all firewall
software, etc. HP Support told me this morning that they can not fix this
error and have basically given up. The only thing they think it could be is
that my contacts are on my Exchange Server, but it is version 2000, not
2003. Is their anyway to transfer my contacts/calendar to another account,
i.e hotmail, or my ISP email account? Has anyone out there been able to
resolve this problem? Is there anyway to import your calendar/contacts into
Outlook Express and Sync with that? Thanks!
