I've just bought a Treo 750 which runs Windows Mobile 6.
I've installed Outlook 2002 and ActiveSync 4.5 on my PC which runs Windows
XP Home.

Live Messenger on the phone has created entries in the Contacts area on the
phone containing my Instant Messenger contacts however they won't sync with
Outlook on the PC even if I fill in extra details like phone numbers and
addresses. Why? How can I make them Sync with Outlook on the PC?

Further to this.

I have found that if the contact already exists on the PC and phone and then
I add it into Messenger on the PC and log into messenger on the phone the
phone will *sometimes* realize the contact already exists and use it for
messenger on the phone. The contact then continues to sync correctly.
However I've got one contact I can't seem to get the mobile messenger to
accept is the same as someone on messenger.

Anyone know how you're supposed to do this?

No one here has managed to figure out how Microsoft intended it to work
then?
