Hi All
Our environment was setup as a single exchange 2003 sp2 server
in IIS the fqdn 'webmail.company.com' has a redirect with host header goin
to the secure
site which is a virtual site under the default site 'webmail.company.com'
the ssl is from rapidssl. Forms based authentication with SSL is enable.
clients use OWA from this server. ports 80 and 443 open- no proxy server

So far we are unable to synchronize Activesync with exchange2003.
I have so far
-installed the webmail.company.com cer to my device and it is in root certs.
-applied MS KB 817379 for virtual dirs workaround.
I continue to receive failure with status code 85010014.

What else could be causing this failure. Is there a way to get more detail
than the generic
85010014? Is there a list of all Exchange 2003 config/settings? I feel this
is a security issue, but have not been able to pinpoint.

Any advice most welcome

Carlos

Hi,
Exchange ActiveSync checks the HTTP headers looking for the headers from the
Exchange server. So the redirect may be causing the problem.
