ActiveSync Cannot Connect to MPx220 via USB

I cannot get ActiveSync to connect to my MPx220 via USB. I've tried numerous
troubleshooting steps such as: different cable, different USB port,
ActiveSync 3.7 and 4.5, different computer, etc. I have another SmartPhone
that connects okay.

My troubleshooting always returns to the phone itself as the problem. I've
allowed USB sync in ActiveSync on the phone. I've also done a 'master reset'
on the phone. It still will not connect.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Ugh, I hate ActiveSync problems. I have an MPx220 but have not run into that
problem. So, here's two suggestions that might point you in the right
direction.

1. There is an Active microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync newsgroup that
focuses on ActiveSync. You might be able to get more focused info there.
2. I have a couple of troubleshooting links that may have something help you
