Hi,
I installed ActiveSync 4.5 and Outlook 2007 Trial but get the error
support code 85010014. Also, I can't find a recent installation of
Outlook, only the previous, old one. Which puzzles me.

Any ideas how to sync and make Outlook run ?

I am having the same problem with the same error code and I did not load
the
Trial Outlook 2007. I believe the Trial Outlook 2007 has nothing to
do with it.
I also have read that ActiveSync 4.5 was suppose to take
care of the problem we
are having -- obviously Microsoft hasn't figured
it out themselves.

I de-instaled and re-installed and now it runs. BUT I am not inclined to
buy Outlook in addition to my Smartphone. Orange France has a very
"clever" policy to hide the obligation to buy Outlook. With my previous
Smartphone Outlook was included, now without announcing the purchase of
a smartphone demands some hundred bucks more to really use it.
