 I got a new WM6 smartphone. When I try to sync contacts and calender events
from Outlook 2000 (on XP) using ActiveSync 4.5 - I get error:
Support code: 85010014

Please help.

 Can't help, except to advise upgrading Outlook

Microsoft Office Outlook 2000 is not supported by ActiveSync 4.5.
