Chris - I have looked at the suggestions on your pocketpctalk website
and also the directions that Microsoft gives on its website on how to
fix the 85010014 error issue. I, like many other people have followed
the Norton Personal Firewall insturctions, have uninstalled and re-
installed Active Sync 4.2 and 4.5 three times, and have deleted the
Mobile Device from ActiveSync to no avail. I still get the 85010014. I
saw other blogs of people saying that when they uninstalled and
reinstalled Outlook, their Pocket PC still wouldn't sync. As of Feb
2007, is there any solid solution?? I would like to avoid uninstalling/
reinstalling Outlook if at all possible; especially if it didn't work
for others.
Many thanks
