I have a WM 2003 device connected to USB cradle. I also have a couple of
user accounts on my XP machine, and am using fast user switching. I would
like to have ActiveSync active in administrator's account only, and have
the 'Allow USB connections' setting live beyond the next system
shutdown/user switch. Is there a way?

I don't think so. I never got AS to work right with FUS when the
device remained docked. We just log off/on now.
