 I've developing app for PocketPC
Now I have 2 test PDAs:

1. iPAQ 3800 with upgrade to Windows Mobile 2003 (ver 4.20.1081, build
13100)
2. FS PocketLoox720 with WM2003SE (ver 4.21.1088 build 14132)

I need to upload about 400 files (~60Mb) to PDA's storage card (SD
Card)

When I do it with PocketLoox (via RAPI or by hand - via Explorer) - OK

When with iPAQ - ActiveSync goes down (disconnects) on half files
copied.Both for RAPI and Explorer way. Then I have to do SOFT RESET or
ActiveSync doesn't connect.

There was no problem with ActiveSync 3.8

Will 17November release fix this?

 copying large files via activesync is an exercise in frustration.

get a $15 card reader and use that.

in addition to being reliable, it's _many_ times faster.

Good answer.
I didn't ask HOW to copy files to PDA.
Copying 60 MB on SD is just _special_case_ .
And I can't show message "Plz, go to shop and buy card reader" to user
if this special case happens.

P.S. Problem EXISTS. And MS knows it. I just asked, WHEN it will be
solved.

Why even use AS 4? It offers nothing for users of WM2003 SE, WM2003 or older
versions of the OS.
