I have tried to download version 3.8 and it looks as if the file is
installing but then it goes blank. I am running a XP SP2 and a IPAQ 3800
Pocket PC version 3.0 operating system.

any suggestions? Do I need Pocket PC 2003? Did the XP patch screw this
product up? I have had trouble synching ever since I got the patch.
