 For couple of weeks active synch has intermitantly had problems synching ith
mu HP PDA. Tried unistalling, removing all synch folders, re-installing.
But still keep getting same prob gets a third or halfway through after an
age, then just hangs and fails. Needs to synch principally with outlook 2003.

Whenever I reinstall, although I have removed all my synch folders ,still
seems to default to my last used synch name?

Any ideas?

Delete previous partnerships and connect again.

Hi,
The default sync name is stored in the device. So when you sync it uses
that name.
