Hey guys,

I have a Treo 700w and a Samsung i730, both have WM5 and MSFP and have
been updated to use ActiveSync over the Exchange server, via public IP.

Server side, I have Exchange 2003 SP2 installed, and all all the mobile
device options set up correctly, I beleive.

I have gone to both phones, to the outlook tool, and managed folders,
placed check marks in all the folders I need synced, and nothing
happens. Not even the ones directly in the Inbox.

ALL the folders are replicated, but they are empty. No emails are
inside the folders at all...

The two PDAs display the personal folders, as follows, yet no emails:

Outlook E-mail
Deleted Items [checked]
- no emails displayed
Drafts [checked]
- no emails displayed
+ Inbox
- no emails displayed
Harry [checked]
- no emails displayed
Sally [checked]
- no emails displayed
Sue [checked]
- no emails displayed
Junk Email [checked]
- no emails displayed
Outbox [checked]
- no emails displayed
Sent Items [checked]
- no emails displayed
+ Sync Issues
Conflicts [checked]
- no emails displayed
Local Failures [checked]
- no emails displayed
Server Failures [checked]
- no emails displayed

Does anyone know what I need to change on this?

Please help. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.

Hi,
Try deleting the Exchange Server on the device (in ActiveSync) and then
re-create it.

This should reset the connection so you can sync the e-mail.
