Please log in for more thread options The problem is your Outlook and the new Active Sync.
Back up your Outlook, uninstall and re-install. Do not repair, do a
brand new Outlook Installation.and then sync... it is better to sync
one option at a time..contacts first and so on and then you 'll be set
