I have a new Orange e650 smartphone with Mobile 6 - my IT dept. set up
the active sync and all is well - except that if I delete emails from
the handset they are not deleted from the exchange.

So, when I log in to Outlook at work - the deleted emails are still in
my inbox. Emails that I read, repy to, forward, etc. are all correctly
dealt with between the handset and the exhange but deleted emails are
not deleted off the exchange.

The deleted emails never return to my inbox on my handset once
deleted.

I previously had an Orange SPV c600 Windows Mobile 5 which worked
perfectly

any ideas?
