I have a ATT Palm Treo 750 recently purchased that I am trying to sync
with my server. the device will sync wirelessly and I receive all the
email. the problem comes into play when I connect the device to the
USB cord and try to sync it to the server(somethings just do not get
synced unless you are plugged in). I receive the error 85010001 when I
run the active sync program. I had 4.2 when this first started
happening so I uninstalled that version as recommended by a friend and
installed Active Sync 4.5. However I still am receiving the same error
code and would like to resolve this issue. Can anyone provide
suggestions?
