Whenever I try and click on the documents of "all users" it comes up access
is denied. Because of this, when I try and download things to this folder it
never works because I don't have access to it

there is only one account on my computer and I am an administrator, so I
don't know why I can't access it, how do I change this?

Has it always been that way, or did it just start.

If it just started, you may have a malicious software infection.

Scan your computer for Malicious software.
