 I have a ATT Palm Treo 750 recently purchased that I am trying to
sync
with my server. the device will sync wirelessly and I receive all the
email. the problem comes into play when I connect the device to the
USB cord and try to sync it to the server(somethings just do not get
synced unless you are plugged in). I receive the error 85010001 when
I
run the active sync program. I had 4.2 when this first started
happening so I uninstalled that version as recommended by a friend
and
installed Active Sync 4.5. However I still am receiving the same
error
code and would like to resolve this issue. Can anyone provide
suggestions?

In Activesync, click "File" > "Connection Settings", then set "This
computer is connected to" as "The Internet". Also tick the "Allow
wireless connection..." box.

Have you tried disabling "Advance
Network Functionality" on the device in Start/Settings/Connections(Tab)
/USB-to-PC?
