When scanning for signal strength for an ATSC connection, does it matter if
the connection shows as four yellow bars, instead of 5 - 6 green bars? Is
there a minimum signal strength to get an OTA HD signal?

This would be up to you as taste differs on what is acceptable and what is
not. Just test it and see if it is ok with you.
