Hello,
I just downloaded Vista RC2 and purchased an ATI Theatre 650 Pro
tuner card. This card has both an analog tuner and an ATSC OTA digital tuner
built in. The card works perfectly with the ATI Catylst Media Center
software, allowing recording and watching live analog cable TV as well as
ATSC HDTV from an antenna input. The ATI software leaves much to be desired,
though and I want to get this card working in Vista. BTW, the card is touted
as being Vista "Certified", whatever that means at this stage of development.

My problem is that in Vista RC2, the analog functions are detected and
automatically set up but the digital OTA ATSC is not. My question is how to
get Vista to detect both functions so I can watch and record HD content? In
fact, that is much more important to me than having analog SD cable in Vista.
When I re-run the TV setup wizard and try to choose OTA digital, Vista tells
me I need to set up the standard feed first and then I will be able to choose
the antenna feed later. This option never appears?? Vista gurus please help!
Thanks.

You won't, as far as I know with a hybrid card. Unless its changed hybrid
cards only use the digital tuner (so I'd say you have a driver issue. And
Vista certified doesn't mean MCE certified.
