Apparently AS won't sync multiple devices simultaneously (I'm not
talking about multiple partnerships).

What is the purpose of such a limitation? Completely brain dead in my
opinion.

Multiple devices would be a very small percentage of the total users,
wouldn't you think? And the number of those who want to have both of their
devices plugged in at the same time would be a fraction of that number, too.
There would have to be a fair amount of UI work to make multiple devices at
the same time look right, so I'm sure that they did a cost/benefit and found
a number that was very large.

Hi,
ActiveSync is designed for a single user to sync their device. There is no
support to sync multiple devices at once. Even if there was there's a
problem with duplicate IP addresses since they all expect the PC and the
device to have the same address.

And what if you could plug all the devices to the PC, and the activesync
sincronizes one, then another, then another,... instead of
uncradling-cradling all the devices??

Is it possible to make a program (say c#) in order to kill the connection of
the device with th PC? This would leave activesync free for the next decive
to sync...

Yes, I think that it might be possible, but you'd have to do a *lot* of
interacting with the device manager and you'd have to test the heck out of
it. Breaking the existing connection is the *easy* part. Triggering the
next sync is the hard part.
