A way to have an '_' indexed as a space? Carraway 05-18-2005

I have several files that follow the format 'this_is_the_filename.zip' and
I've noticed that searching for any individual words that follow an
underscore will not show up in the results, i.e. searching 'filename' would
not work in the previous example.

Since typically '_' is intended to take the place of a space, is there a way
to make the MSN search treat underscores as though they are spaces and index
every word in the filename?
